OPERATING PROCEDURE (MACHINERY)

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE  OF SHAPER

1. Turn on the main panel.
2. Push “ON” button.
3. Move the spindle to the position 1,2,3 to speed the spindle movement to 2,3,4.
4. Turn the spindele back to zero to stop the machine.
5. Push “OFF” to turn the machine off.

 

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE  OF VISE

1. Turn the handle left (ant-clockwise) to wide open the jaws.
2. Put the working piece between the jaws.
3. Turn the handle r unlockedght (clockwise) to clamp the working piece.
4. Carry on the task based on the jobsheet.

 

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE  OF LATHE

1. Turn on the main pannel.
2. Push “ON”  to start the machine.
3. Move the lever up to rotate the machine for anti-clockwise movement; and turn the lever down to move it clockwise.
4. Reverse the lever to neutral position to stop the machine
