Last week, we learned how to make an application letter (I will see your letter for sure). i believe you have mastered it. Now we are trying to compose complaint letter. Study and see the example on page 5 of your Modul!
This is your assignment. Imagine that you are disappointed with a product or service. Make complain letter on your product or service. Be precise on what you are complaining.
Send your complain letter as an attached document. Send it to widjiyanti_s@yahoo.co.id (don’t mistype yaa..). due date is Tuesday,9th December 2008.
